Searching for Orders
The search function allows you to view and send copies of previous orders and copy permits based on old order information. This feature provides access to company-wide data, not just the orders created under your specific user ID.
From the Dashboard click on "Permits" then click "Search"
This link will bring you to the Permit Search screen

Order - search for criteria that applies to an entire order
Unit- search by vehicle information
Load - Search based on what was hauled
Overall - Search based on overall Dimensions
Reference - Search based on labels assigned to a permit or order

Click a label under the "Search criteria" section
As you click each label, those fields will appear on the right under "Search fields" section
If you want to remove criteria, click the label again
Once you have entered all of the search criteria, click the "Search" button

Destination/Origin - used to search based on the starting or ending city
Start/End Address - Can search based on a full or partial address
Unit

Must use full plate or unit number

Search by full or partial load description
example "steel"Find equipment based on the make model and/or serial number of the load
Overall

Use the same format as orders (feet-inches) Example for 10' wide use 10-0
Search based on a single measurement or range between a minimum and maximum

Permit/State Reference Numbers must include any spaces or dashes
Billing Number -searches based on user given billing number from an order
Order Number- searches for an old atlas order #
Defaults

To set the selected criteria as your default, click the "Set defaults" button.
This will load the selected blank search options on the right hand section every time you visit the search page when using the same computer.
Results
Results
The Results Page will show any orders that match the given criteria
The green reorder button will create a new order in a separate tab or window based off the original that can be edited and resubmitted. If your computer has a pop up blocker you may need to allow pop ups from the atlas website
The green view arrow allows you to see in depth order details on a new page
Hitting the reset or refine buttons at the top will return to the search page
